As of April 1, 2024, Dignity Health’s primary care providers, specialty services, and hospitals will no longer see Partnership members. If someone needs a specialist or needs to be referred to one, they will need to call their PCP. The letter urges members to visit PartnershipHP.org to view the member handbook and provider directory.
