In this study, heart health was unrelated to cognitive decline among middle-aged Black women. The study included 363 Black and 402 white women from the Chicago site of the Study of Women’s Health Across the Nation (SWAN) The American Heart Association is a relentless force for a world of longer, healthier lives.
