McLeod Health unveiled its plans for a brand new hospital to serve the Carolina Forest community in a Monday ceremony. The $56 million facility will be four stories high and hold 48 beds, allowing for inpatient care. This will be the first new hospital built in Horry County since McLeed Health Seacoast, which opened in 2011.
