The Health Promotion Centre (HPC) held a ‘Healthy for Ramadan’ event on Sunday (March 10) Held under the Happy Environment and Lifestyle (HEAL) programme. The event was attended by High Commissioner of Bangladesh to Brunei Darussalam Nahida Rahman Shumona as the guest of honour. There were health lectures on health guidelines and tips during the fasting month while creating a community that practices a healthy lifestyle while observing fasting rituals.
