Erica Taylor, MD, MBA, assistant professor of Orthopaedic Surgery and vice chair of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Duke University School of Medicine gave this year’s keynote address. Taylor outlined how she helped to create a diversity, equity, and inclusion program that trained healthcare workers in each clinical department at Duke Health. This year marked the fourth installment of Health Equity Week.
