On Sunday, March 10, clocks will jump an hour ahead, leaving many people feeling sluggish, irritable and unwell during the adjustment period. Dr. Anita Shelgikar, a neurologist and sleep medicine specialist at University of Michigan Health, says the time change causes the body’s internal clock and the external world around us to become misaligned.
