Contrast Studios is the first sauna to cold plunge contrast therapy club of its kind in Ohio. Jason Brice, a lieutenant with the Montgomery Fire Department, found that contrast therapy also helps him take care of his mental health. But while his day-to-day looks a little different, he still gets called to bigger runs, which can take a mental toll.
