Sujane Kandasamy is one of 43 researchers across Canada to be awarded the Research Excellence, Diversity and Independence (REDI) Early Career Transition Award. Her research involves co-designing, piloting and evaluating, alongside newcomers, a mobile Type 2 diabetes awareness program. The end result of her project is the roll-out of “The Type 2 Diabetes Prevention Van”.
