Catherine Lytch will oversee Brunswick County Health Services, Public Housing, Social Services and Emergency Medical Services. She will also be a staff liaison on the HHS Advisory Board. The position was last held by David Stanley until he was promoted to deputy county manager in Feb. 2021.
