Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma inaugurated a slew of healthcare facilities in the state on Saturday . He stated that the government is working to make assam a centre for “medical toursim” to cater “not only to the patients of North East but South East Asian nations as well” among them was the 350-bed State Cancer Institute in Guwahati .
