The Toledo-Lucas County Health Department has announced the first of several events to kick off their month-long celebration. The following events have been announced: “Black Motherhood: Tackling Postpartum Depression” is set for April 11 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m at the Kent Branch Library. Lunch will be provided, along with a gift card raffle and community resources.
