Sanjay Singh was arrested under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) in connection with the Delhi liquor policy case. The court issued these directions keeping Singh's health conditions in mind. However, the court also asked Singh to pay if the cost is more than Rs 70 per meal.
