Take-Two Interactive Software (TTWO) to acquire Gearbox Entertainment Company in $460 million deal. The deal is expected to close in the first quarter of the company’s 2025 fiscal year. Take-two has entered into a “definitive agreement” with Embracer Group for the purchase of Gearbox.
