One of the biggest blights in Orlando’s tourism corridor could be transformed into a sprawling new entertainment district with luxury hotels, dining and attractions. Meyers Group has been under contract for the “Orlando Sun” property since 2022 and has refined the concept based on feedback from Osceola County. The main complex would consist of two rows of buildings linked by a central promenade.
