City Council has approved two incentives for the Orlando Magic’s Sports and Entertainment District complex. The mixed-use development currently includes plans for a 261-room hotel; 273 residential units; 120,000 square feet of retail; 65,000 square feet. Overall, the private capital investment is expected to be $500 million.
