Oceans Calling Festival will take over the Ocean City, Md. Boardwalk from Sept. 27-29. Some of the music industry’s biggest artists will headline the festival, such as Blink-182, The Killers and Dave Matthews Band. This year, over 40 musicians will perform across three different stages.
