Frank Fulmer has decades of performing at schools, nursing homes, hospitals and special events around the Carolinas, Georgia and Florida. By his own estimation, he got on board in the late 1980s. He started out offering shows at parties for kids, with 'maybe 10-15' young spectators at a time, along with a parent or two.
