Painted Ladies Rodeo Performers (PLRP) will be trading in their red, white and blue for a special St. Patrick’s Day appearance in Historic Folsom today, Mar. 17. The PLRP is made of a group of hard-working, dedicated equestriennes who volunteer their time to promote their love of horses and drill and share it with our audiences.
