The Effurun Division of the Delta High Court has approved an out-of-court settlement between Brownhill Investment Company, owned by Amaju Pinnick, and David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido. Counsel for the defendants, Oladayo Ogungbe, confirmed the settlement after the court’s decision. The company sought N2 billion in damages, N150 million in legal fees, and N30 million in filing costs.
