Eleanor Collins was a groundbreaking figure in Canadian entertainment history, and had a longtime association working with Vancouver’s leading musicians on CBC radio and television. In 1939, she moved to Vancouver where she met and became life partners with Richard (Dick) Collins, with whom she had four children.
