Darin Harper has been named the next chief financial officer of Dave & Buster's Entertainment Inc. The change, announced April 24 and effective June 17, will put a new executive in charge of the finances of a North Texas entertainment venue chain with a large footprint. Harper will take over from the retiring Michael Quartieri.
