The Big 12 Conference announced its lineup of entertainment options for fans coming to Kansas City for the Big 12 Men’s and Women’s Basketball Championships. Shaquille O’Neal will return for a second consecutive year to perform a 45-minute set following the men’s championship game on March 16. The estimated time of performance is 9 p.m. at the Kansas City Live! Stage of the Power & Light District.
