Business confidence in Wales rose four points during March to 29%, according to the latest Business Barometer from Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking. A net balance of 36% of Welsh businesses also expect to increase staff levels over the next year, up 17 points from February. Welsh businesses identified their top target areas for growth as evolving their offering.
