The owner of Flooring Concepts, Christopher Wall, said a couple thousand dollars worth of tools were stolen from them over the weekend. Wall said the thieves rummaged through two of the company vans parked near the business on Associate Drive. He said it happened twice in less than 24 hours on Sunday.
