The “Under the Sea” fashion show will take place at the Routt County Fairgrounds Exhibit Hall, 398 S. Poplar St., on March 16. The event will serve as a way to introduce the new Hayden-based dress rental business to Northwest Colorado. The dresses have been dry-cleaned and will be available for rent.
