The Owner of a Suburban Detroit Business - Fire and Explosion Kills a Man

Noor Noel Kestou, 31, was arrested at John F. Kennedy International Airport. He was arraigned Thursday on an involuntary manslaughter charge. Authorities say a truckload of butane canisters arrived at the building within a week.
