The Prove It Act, introduced by Minnesota’s Brad Finstad, Colorado’s Yadira Caraveo and Texas’ Nathaniel Moran, would require federal agencies to calculate the cost to small businesses before applying new regulations. Greater Mankato Growth is a supporter of the bill, and says that the lessening of the burden on small businesses is long overdue.
