Macerich has a live online leasing marketplace where prospective tenants can browse vacant spaces in their shopping centers around the country. The listings include 360 images for virtual walkthroughs and all of the pertinent information to help them make a decision—including rent price. In the future, we might see people browsing available mall spaces as they currently do with houses for sale in their neighborhoods.
