Simon Horrocks has moved to Talkdesk to build up the company’s presence in the region. He is a provider of cloud contact centre software solutions that utilise artificial intelligence (AI) and automation, with locations across the world, including Australia and Singapore. Before that point he needs to first strengthen the business’ regional presence. Once the company is “firing on all cylinders” across Australia and New Zealand (A/NZ) and Southeast Asia.
