Roger Sylvester Cameron, 59, of North Charleston, is the operator of Tricam LLC and its businesses, Camme’s International Grocery and Camme's Caribbean Cuisine. According to arrest warrants, Cameron was responsible for all financial matters with the businesses. The businesses had only one retail license between the locations.
