Sky Pavilion is one of Manhattan’s most ambitious Sichuan restaurants. The flavors are vivid and compelling, with organ meats such as pig brains and cow intestines that are often omitted on Chinese menus here. Hell’s Kitchen is chock-a-block with new Chinese restaurants, at least partly due to the proximity of the Chinese Consulate.
