Small businesses are considered the heart of the United States economy, contributing to 44% of the country’s economic activity. The Chamber of Commerce held a job fair on Monday to shine a spotlight on local businesses. To be considered a small business you must be independently owned and operated, have fewer than 300 employees, or bring in less than $30 million in annual revenue.
