The Department of Transportation (DOTr) secured a P244.9 billion loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) to kickstart a nationwide infrastructure revamp. This windfall will fuel key projects aimed at transforming the country’s transportation landscape. These include the modernization and rehabilitation of Ninoy Aquino International Airport, the North-South Commuter Railway (NSCR) Mega-Project, MRT-Line 4 Revamp, EDSA Greenways and Davao Public Transport modernization.
