Wayne Williams, 60, and Terina Williams, his wife of 40 years, own and operate Petty Creek Mountain Ranch, a remote working ranch and private guest retreat near Alberton, Montana, about 170 miles east of Spokane. The idea for such a ranch first emerged over 25 years ago. Williams says he will resume production from the ranch, where 500 acres are connected by 2.5-gigabyte Wi-Fi.
