Procurement Card Services has requested that PCard verifications for conference registrations not be completed until after the conference date. This is in keeping with the policy not to verify a transaction until it is received. When you do submit, we request that you include the Conference date in the Item Description field. If a conference registration will not include travel, please specify in the Line Memo Field.
