Lucas Vitale has joined Orthofix Medical Inc. in the newly created role of Chief People and Business Operations Officer. Vitale most recently served as the CHRO at ReNAgade Therapeutics, a venture backed pharmaceutical company. At NuVasive he played an integral role in mergers and integrations, oversaw key commercial talent development efforts and formalized the company’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion program.
