EN Donuts, located at 1692 Knox Ave., has been a labor of love for Tina Kea and Nat Lim. The shop, named for their two kids — the “E” and the “N” being their first initials — is rooted in family. Kea, originally from Cambodia, said she wanted the shop for her parents.
