NCDMV Kiosks The N.C. Division of Motor Vehicles is rolling out a new tool to give North Carolinians another way to renew licenses and more. The kiosks are now available at select Harris Teeter grocery stores in Raleigh, Charlotte, and Fayetteville. This month, NCDOT’s Office of Civil Rights will host Disadvantage Business Enterprise and bilingual workshops for minority businesses interested in contract work.
