Manly Wharf, at the gateway to Sydney’s popular northern beaches precinct, will undergo a revamp but the new owners, the Artemus Group, will consult the local community before making any major changes. The Brisbane-based group, which specialise in wharf-style hospitality properties, was officially handed the keys to the property this week after settling on the landmark purchase.
