MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) reported investigators in its Burglary Crime Unit linked the 37-year-old man to multiple break-ins between mid- and late-January. Three businesses were located on Monroe Street One business was located on the 2400 block of University Avenue. The front door of the restaurant was broken and cash register trays were stolen.
