Lockheed Martin wants to work with commercial companies with expertise in intelligence, surveillance, communications, and small satellites. Lockheed has already forged partnerships through venture investments in companies like launch provider ABL Space, positioning, navigation and timing startup Xona Space Systems, and Terran Orbital.
