Existing and new businesses in areas of redevelopment in Lake Charles may qualify for a one-time incentive. Lake Charles Mayor Nic Hunter said the city has been successful in attracting businesses to some of their targeted areas. The incentives aim to grow business in areas like Lakefront, I-10 Corridor and Enterprise Boulevard.
