Ihanko Carrasquel is accused of committing fraud and using a fake identity to steal from storage facilities in Henryville and Memphis, Ind. According to Clark County police documents, Carraskaquel stole vans, campers, trucks, trailers and other property. The 30-year-old was arrested in southern Indiana.
