The identity of the driver has yet to be released, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol and the Hugo Police Department are working on charges and a warrant. "I think there was blood drawn to determine the amount or level of alcohol that could have been in her system," Sheriff Terry Park said. The driver was flown to a hospital in Plano where she was seen for a few minutes before being released.
