Small Business Development Minister Stella Ndabeni-Abrahams will host the Global Entrepreneurship Congress (GEC+Africa) in Cape Town from 13 - 14 March . Over 1 500 delegates from more than 50 African nations are expected to participate during the congress . This will include start-ups; small, medium and micro enterprises (SMMEs); investors; policymakers .
