The Food Safety Authority of Ireland has published a report detailing the 10 closure orders it served to food businesses during the month of February. The orders were officially issued by the HSE over the alleged contravention of food safety legislation laid out by the FSAI Act, 1998 and the European Union (Official Controls in Relation to Food Legislation) Regulations of 2020.
