The Floyd Regional Commerce Center currently has around 6 acres of land with access to roads and utilities. With this new federal funding, they are expanding and hoping to turn an additional 27 acres of undeveloped land into a hub for new businesses. The most recent development in Floyd’s commerce center is the Floyd Growth Center, which was completed in April of last year.
