The Liquor Control Board made its decision against the Windbreak back in January. Commissioner Dave Piepkorn says, “If we let them continue, this is a clear and present danger to our community and then when they’re sitting here saying this is not overserving that is alarming.” The Windbreak’s attorney says they will appeal the decision in civil court.
