Paul Casanas, 57, was arrested and booked into the Humboldt County Jail. At around 10:45 a.m. on Saturday morning, March 2, the Eureka Police Department says officers were dispatched to a report of a vehicle into a business. The driver was reportedly evaluated by medical personnel for injuries.
