The Elyria Community Partnership (ECP) is inviting the community to the first Small Business Saturday Spring Open House. Each participating store will have passports and reusable shopping bags filled with spring-themed goodies and coupons while supplies last. Passports have a raffle entry page to win prizes from local shops and restaurants.
